A digital media forum had recently concluded on Friday 21st August 2009 in the Screening Room at the Media Development Authority. Organised by the Singapore Press Club, Singapore ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter and the Interactive Digital Media Research & Development Programme Office, the event was well-attended by members and guests of the Singapore Press Club and Singapore ACM SIGGRAPH.
Its panel of speakers, Mr. Michael Yap, Deputy CEO, Media Development Authority & Executive Director, Interactive Digital Media R&D Programme Office; Dr Lee Yong Tsui, Conference Chair, SIGGRAPH ASIA 2008; and Mr. Jerry Ching, Principal Lecturer, Egg Story Digital Art School, shared the latest industry developments on a governmental and academic perspective.
